When will my order be delivered?
This depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We work with a group of delivery providers based in major cities. Order confirmation usually takes between 1 to 3 days.

Is international delivery available?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to certain cities specified on the delivery page.

You may request international delivery by contacting our store team via WhatsApp, providing them with the product's weight and shipping rate details for international freight forwarders not currently registered with our store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please refer to the return policy for details on return and exchange conditions.
In case of a manufacturing defect and if a return is agreed upon, the shipping cost charged by the company will be refunded to the customer. However, the value of the product itself will not be refunded as per the return policy.
